G.R.A.C.E. Africa team participated in Nairobi’s 2009 StanChart Marathon.
The Nairobi StanChart Marathon is the largest athletic event held in Kenya annually since 2003 and all proceeds go to support various charitable causes.
This year’s theme dubbed ‘run and be a hero in someone’s eyes’ brought together over 1500 local and foreign runners and supporters. G.R.A.C.E. team was sponsored by Ms. Natasha Martin, founder and president for G.R.A.C.E. It was great opportunity for staff to bond and keep fit. The staff registered for the 10 km run. Javan Ombado the Program Assistant was the only staff members who came close to the top 100. |
